I had such an amazing experience at this dental office that I felt compelled to share it. Dental procedures can be intimidating, especially when you’re told you need a root canal, gingivectomy, and crown — but this team completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly and patiently. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan. I never felt rushed or pressured — just genuinely cared for. The root canal was surprisingly comfortable and completely painless. I had heard so many horror stories about root canals, but my experience with Dr. Ludmilla was the exact opposite. The dentist was incredibly skilled and gentle, constantly checking to make sure I was okay. The gingivectomy with Dr. Rafael made such a difference aesthetically, and I’m so happy with the results. My smile looks healthier and more balanced than ever. When it came time for the crown, the attention to detail was impressive. The fit is perfect, the color matches beautifully, and it feels just like a natural tooth. The entire staff is warm, professional, and welcoming. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently. Every visit felt smooth and stress-free. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received. If you’re nervous about dental work or need major procedures done, this is absolutely the place to go. Dr. Tomio is kind, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable during your visit. He takes the time to explain everything beforehand, which really helps ease any nerves. He is also exceptionally skilled at what he does and you can tell you are in good hands. Highly recommend Dr. Tomio to anyone looking for a great dentist! I also want to add to my review because I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Ludmilla Ciucci. She stayed after hours to help relieve my intense pain the night before my root canal and her kindness made all the difference. Not only am I now pain free, she was warm, gentle, and truly caring during the visit. It genuinely feels like they care about their patients as people rather than just another dental procedure. All of their staff, including the front reception team and the dental assistants, are incredibly welcoming and make the entire experience even better. I cannot recommend this team enough.
