Visiting the dentist always made me feel anxious and afraid—until I found McCall Dental, more specifically Dr. Rafael and Dr. Ludmilla. They are always so attentive and caring, and incredibly honest too. I've had other frustrating experiences with other clinics that actually caused me harm (unnecessary fillings, plus having to redo one of them because it was poorly done). With this team, I've regained my trust in only getting what I truly need, without feeling taken advantage of. Not to mention their professionalism and genuine interest in constantly updating their skills to bring innovations to their treatments. I recommend them 100% to everyone who asks me for a dentist referral 🙂

Highly recommended. Great customer experience and high quality. Going to the dentist can be scary, but honestly the whole experience made me feel relaxed and I actually enjoyed it. With the technology they use and best practices for these difficult procedures, I didn’t feel any intolerable pain. They 100% make sure the end result is of high standard, even if you need to come back to fix something or ensure you are happy with the result. You can do it, and they don’t charge anything in case a follow-up is needed.

I had an excellent experience with my root canal treatment. Dr. Ludmilla was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. Her skill and professionalism were truly impressive — the treatment was smooth, gentle, and much easier than I expected. You can tell she is highly experienced and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m extremely impressed with the work Dr. Ciucci did on my front tooth filling. I had broken my front teeth and was very nervous about how it would look afterward, but the result is absolutely perfect. She is truly a perfectionist — she paid attention to every small detail to make sure the shape, color, and finish matched naturally with my teeth. You honestly cannot tell there was ever damage. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also genuinely cares about delivering beautiful, high-quality work. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional cosmetic and restorative dental care.

I had a very disappointing experience at McCall Dental. After receiving treatment there, I experienced significant tooth pain and ongoing issues that I did not have beforehand. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously when I contacted the office afterward. I also felt misled about the treatment and costs involved, and overall I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the quality of care I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

McCall Dental has been our family's dentist since we moved to Calgary — I've had multiple complex procedures done here (some of them fixing what other Calgary dentists had not done well), and every visit ends with results we're genuinely proud of. Dr. Ludmilla Ciucci and Dr. Rafael Tomio explain everything in detail before, during, and after — what's being done, why, and what to expect next. That kind of communication is rare in this profession. My wife joined as a patient shortly after I did, and she'd say the same. Quality is clearly the top priority for the whole team. We've recommended McCall to friends and will keep doing so. After several dentists in Canada, McCall is the one we stayed with.
