Dr. Ludmilla Ciucci and Dr. Rafael Tomio explain everything in detail before, during, and after — what's being done, why, and what to expect next. That kind of communication is rare in this profession. My wife joined as a patient shortly after I did, and she'd say the same. Quality is clearly the top priority for the whole team.
