First, I went for a regular check-up, and I was already very well taken care of, even though I didn’t need much attention. Dr. Rafael treated me with great respect, care, and empathy. But what really stood out to me was the experience of the professionals. I actually needed two delicate treatments. The first was an issue with my implant that I had done in Brazil, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if it weren’t for Dr. Rafael’s expertise in resolving my problem and reassuring me. Then, briefly, my experience with Dr. Ludmila was even better. She has the best hands in the world when it comes to anesthesia, especially for those who are terrified of it, and her transparency in letting you feel comfortable making your own treatment choices. When you leave the office, you get a complete lesson in dentistry, knowing exactly what decision to make. Anyway, I tried to be brief, but it’s hard with these two. And just one more thing! The receptionists are amazing!☺️
